"Felt impersonal and frustrating"
I didn’t have the best experience using avondaleselect.com. The site was confusing to get around, and it kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person behind it if you needed help. I expected it to be a lot smoother, but I just ended up frustrated. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Friendly staff who treated me well"
The staff were genuinely nice to me and helpful. it’s not hard to treat people with a little kindness, but it still makes a difference when someone takes the time to be decent and respectful. I appreciated that.

I reached out about my order and waited for days without hearing anything back. I tried following up again, but still didn’t get a proper response. It’s really frustrating, especially when you just need a quick answer. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way — people just want clear communication and a little help when there’s an issue.

I really wanted to give this place a chance, but something about the whole experience just felt off. I felt like I was practically begging for basic reassurance, and that left me feeling resentful. In the end, I didn’t feel safe ordering here, so I left.

"Pretty disappointing support"
I had a problem after my order, support took forever to get back to me and they still didn’t fix it. it felt like once I bought it, I was on my own. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Not a whole lot of options to choose from"
I was expecting there to be a much better selection than what I ended up finding. The inventory felt limited, and after browsing around for a while, it seemed like a lot of the things I clicked on were either unavailable or just not really close to what I was looking for. I kept feeling like I was circling back to the same handful of options over and over again, which got a little frustrating after a bit. I’m sure it might be fine for someone who happens to find what they need right away, but for me personally, the whole experience was kind of disappointing.

I kept reaching out to support and they just kept telling me to wait, which felt unnecessary since nothing actually got resolved. Overall, it was a frustrating experience

I was interested in moving forward, but the financing part turned into a real headache. The rates and terms weren’t explained clearly, and the whole process took way longer than it should have. I don’t mind taking time to review options, but I do expect straight answers and some accountability when things are unclear. In the end, I decided not to go through with it.

"Weird test drive and I wouldn't go back"
The test drive just felt really rushed and awkward, like I was being hurried through the whole thing and never really got comfortable or had a chance to ask much, so I don’t think I’d go back there again.

"Checkout was a bit of a hassle"
Not gonna lie, the checkout process was kind of annoying. It worked in the end, but it felt a little clunky and not as smooth as I expected

I ordered from avondaleselect.com and the package did eventually arrive, but it took a couple days longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing where it was, which was annoying.
The item itself was packed fine and nothing was damaged, so that part was okay. I just wish the delivery process had been smoother, and the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses don’t really help when you still have no real update.

"Be Careful With the Vehicle Quality"
Just a heads up for anyone looking at Avondale Select: the car I ended up with really wasn’t in the condition I expected. It looked decent at first glance, but once I started driving it, the ride felt rough and a few things seemed worn sooner than they should have been, especially for the price.
I didn’t feel comfortable keeping it, and the whole experience left me frustrated. I’d definitely recommend checking everything very carefully before buying, because for me, the vehicle quality just wasn’t there...

I liked that the site offered a few warranty and protection options, which was definitely helpful. I just wish it was a little clearer about what’s actually covered and what isn’t. Not a bad experience overall, just could use a bit more explanation 😊

"Didn't really do much for me"
I gave Avondale Select a try for a few weeks because the product page made it sound like it would be really helpful. When it arrived, the packaging was fine and everything looked good, so I was hopeful. But after using it for a while, I didn’t notice much of a difference. It wasn’t a terrible product or anything, it just felt average to me. In the end, I don’t think I’d reorder it.

"Pretty solid value overall"
I thought the prices were fair, and overall I felt like I got good value for what I paid. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but what I ordered was definitely worth it. A couple little things could’ve been a bit smoother, but i had a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Okay service, but management felt a bit distant"
Avondale Select was okay overall. The staff I talked to were polite. They did try to help. But when I asked for a manager, it took a while to get a clear answer.
The manager did step in eventually. It just felt a little late. Not very hands on either. It was not a bad experience. It just could have been smoother.

"The paperwork took way longer than I expected..."
The paperwork took way longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t very clear. I ended up having to follow up more than once just to get basic forms, which got old quickly. my gut feeling was that things weren’t very organized, and the whole experience was frustrating
